Piedmont Park in Atlanta, GA. The Freedom Day Parade routes through the surrounding streets — from Auburn Ave at MLK Jr. National Historical Park up Boulevard to 10th St NE — ending at the park.
June 19–21, 2026 — Juneteenth weekend, which also includes Father's Day Sunday. Music programming runs from midday through evening each day.
All tournaments and competitions (Spades, Bidwis, Chess, Cornhole, 3v3 Soccer, Pie, Watermelon, Glizzy) take signups via DM to @thefreedomfestatl on Instagram, or through the form on each tournament's page.
Apply through the Vendors lane. We accept food, merch, art, products, and community booths. Streetwear vendors apply through the Kulture lane.
Sponsorship packages range from parade naming rights to stage sponsorships to vendor village naming. Submit through the Sponsor lane and our team will follow up within 48 hours.
Yes. The Freedom Day Parade is open to schools, fraternities, sororities, dance crews, marching bands, car clubs, motorcycle clubs, equestrian groups, and community organizations. Step-off is 10AM Saturday.
Absolutely. The Family & Youth Zone runs all weekend with bounce houses, face painting, amusement rides, chess, kite flying, the Magic Show, and Kulture Trivia for all ages.
